Ibis Styles Konstanz

Wow, what a gem of a hotel! I must admit, I was a bit hesitant when booking this hotel due to its slightly lower ratings, especially since I was traveling with young children. However, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by our stay. I'm not sure what some guests expect from a three-star hotel, but in this category, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. It even outshone many higher-rated ones we've stayed at before. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the addition of a mini kitchen was a godsend for our family with young kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving well before the designated check-in time, they went out of their way to quickly and flawlessly clean our room, allowing us to settle in much earlier than expected. An unexpected perk was the complimentary public transport tickets for the entire Konstanz area provided during our stay, which made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. Breakfast was decent, nothing extravagant but certainly satisfactory. Such was the level of service at this hotel that we even decided to change our plans and stay at another hotel, the Ibis Styles in Graz, instead of our original choice. And let me tell you, we have nothing but positive things to say about that hotel as well. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. From the attentive staff to the comfortable rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be returning here on our next visit to the area.

Good location. You can take a direct bus from the train station to the hotel. A supermarket is just in front of the hotel. So you can buy your drinks, food and snacks if you are hungry.

Very new and modern hotel with large, tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms. Efficient and polite staff. Very limited parking options, so had to use hotel's underground parking which was quite expensive.

We had a spacious and nice family room on the top floor. It was pleasantly quiet there and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, a very restful night. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and provided a good start for the day. Check-in (also rather late in the evening) and check-out worked very well. We parked in the underground garage, the amount is simply paid during check-out.

The room was big, clean and smell good. The receptionist really helpful, the place for children also good when the parents had breakfast. We love also the property, everything really good!
